Today we had a very interactive session with Mr.Murali, our new Inside Sales Boss. He did not just talk about how to improve the process of our work, but also gave us tips on how to improve our own personality and generate interest in the work we do.
He suggested the titles of couple of books, "The Fred Factor " and "Fish", he mentioned how reading these books helps one realise were we stand and how these books would motivate us in focusing towards our Goal.
Currently am reading "You Can Win" by Shiv Khera, I have plans to read the above mentioned books, once I complete reading "You Can Win". Am sure reading is one habit which would help us better ourselves in future.
